Seeking to achieve a state of flow, I meticulously followed the rhythm of my breath for 10 hours across two days, creating a visual manifestation of its pattern.
My breathing was magnified through a microphone and transmitted to headphones worn by the audience, making the experience more intimate and immersive. Audience members stayed engaged for durations ranging from a few minutes to well over half an hour.
Throughout this endeavor, which ranged from engaging to challenging, I encountered a zone of profound creative flow. In this space, time seemed to dissolve, leaving me deeply immersed in the artistic process.
